6-WEEK POLE PROGRAM for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

TERMS and CONDITIONS

By purchasing or enrolling in the 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners at Magnetic Pole Fit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the program has been purchased. This policy applies to all payments, regardless of attendance or participation.

2. Non-Transferable Programs

Programs are non-transferable to another person.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to move your enrollment to a future round of the same program.
If you wish to transfer your registration to a different session with a later start date, a $75 transfer fee will apply.

Transferring a spot after registration creates a lost opportunity for us as a small business and for other students who were unable to join a fully booked program. This fee ensures fairness and helps us maintain the limited space available in each program.

3. Program Duration and Classes

This program includes six (6) in-studio pole classes scheduled over six consecutive weeks.
Each class builds progressively on the previous one, so attendance and consistency are essential for your safety and learning experience.

4. Makeup Class Policy

We understand that life happens, and you might need to miss a class. Our goal is for every student to complete six (6) pole classes within the program, no matter what.

If you miss a class, we’ll gladly schedule a make-up class for you within the same 6-week session, subject to availability.

Each missed class may be made up once only.

If you cancel your scheduled makeup within 24 hours of its start time or fail to attend, that makeup will be forfeited. This policy helps us maintain small class sizes, smooth scheduling, and a consistent experience for everyone.

All make-up classes must be scheduled directly through our front-desk managers. Requests sent by email or social media to instructors will not be processed.

Makeups must be completed within the 12 weeks of program start date.

5. Open Pole Studio Policy

The Open Pole Studio is designed for self-practice only. It is not a structured class and does not include instruction, spotting, or guidance from instructors.

During Open Pole Studio you are responsible for your own warm-up, cool-down, and personal practice.

Please use the space respectfully and share poles if needed, based on availability.

Safety is your responsibility so only practice moves and skills you are already comfortable with.

Open Pole Studio sessions are not supervised classes, and participation is at your own risk.

This is your time to explore, repeat, and refine what you’ve learned and enjoy it as your personal practice space.

6. No Observers Policy

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants, observers are not permitted inside the studio at any time.

You may not invite friends, family, or guests to watch your class or any other classes.

You may not remain in the studio to observe other students before or after your own class.

Our studio is a private, safe space where everyone can feel free to move, learn, and express themselves without distraction.

7. No Pets Policy

For the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all students, no pets or animals of any kind are permitted inside the studio at any time.
This includes dogs, cats, and all other animals, regardless of size or type.
Only registered service animals, as required by law, will be accommodated when proper documentation is provided in advance.

8. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the program.
Unpaid or partially completed registrations are not guaranteed.

9. Photo & Video Release

By attending classes, you consent to Magnetic Pole Fit capturing photos or short video clips for marketing, social media, or educational purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform your instructor before class begins so accommodations can be made.

10. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You are responsible for notifying your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your participation.
Always work within your limits and stop immediately if you experience pain or dizziness.
Magnetic Pole Fit is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-disclosure or disregard of safety instructions.

11. Communication Policy

All official program communication — including scheduling, make-up classes, or transfers — must go through the proper channels:

Make-up classes: schedule directly with our front-desk managers.

Transfers and other inquiries: requests must be submitted via email to the studio: [email protected].

Emails, DMs, or texts sent directly to instructors may not be processed.
We’ll always contact you using the email address you provided at registration, so please check it regularly.

12. Studio Etiquette

We’re proud to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and empowering space for all students.
Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Be kind, supportive, and mindful. We rise together.

13. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that pole fitness involves physical activity that carries inherent risks.
You agree to participate at your own risk and release Magnetic Pole Fit, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, whether in class, open pole, or other related activities.

14. Agreement

By completing your purchase or checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
